By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Returns & Refund Policy and all applicable laws of the Republic of Uganda.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” – Refers to Nexus Computers.
  • “You,” “Customer,” “User” – Refers to any individual accessing or purchasing from our site.
  • “Product” – Refers to any item sold through our online platform.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activity while using our services.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
  • In the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or system issues, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order with prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UShs) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Currently, Nexus Computers accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Mobile Money (MTN & Airtel)

Payments must be completed using the accepted methods above.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by logistics or external factors.
  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

6.1 Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted if the product is:

  • Defective or faulty – Report within 2 days.
  • Not as described – Return within 10 days.
  • Unsuitable for intended purpose (where the purpose was communicated before purchase) – Return within 10 days.

6.2 Condition of Return

  • Items must be in their original condition, with sealed packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted unless defective or materially misdescribed.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable electronics (e.g., batteries).
  • Personal-use items (e.g., earphones) once opened.
  • Software or digital goods once activated or downloaded.

6.4 Return Process

  • Contact customer service within the applicable return window.
  • Items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Approved returns may result in a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

6.5 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after item inspection and approval.

6.6 Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears return shipping costs.

7. Warranties

  • Products may include manufacturer warranties, where applicable.
  • Nexus Computers does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated.

8. Copyright and trademarks

  • Nexus Computers logos and our other registered and unregistered trademarks are trademarks belonging to us; we give no permission for the use of these trademarks, and such use may constitute an infringement of our rights.
  • The third party registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks on our website are the property of their respective owners and we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Ugandan law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or third-party installations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
