1. How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our website https://nexuscomputers.ug by browsing products, adding them to your cart, and checking out securely.
Alternatively, you can place an order via WhatsApp or call our sales team if you prefer direct assistance.
2. Do you deliver across Uganda?
Yes. We deliver to all regions of Uganda, including Kampala, Wakiso, Entebbe, Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale, Fort Portal, and beyond.
Delivery fees and timelines vary depending on your location.
3. How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery: Kampala, Wakiso, Entebbe (orders before 2 PM)
Next-day delivery: Major towns within central and eastern Uganda
Upcountry delivery: 2–4 business days depending on distance and courier availability
You will receive a confirmation message and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. What delivery methods do you offer?
We offer several options:
Same-day and next-day delivery via our riders or partner couriers
Upcountry delivery through trusted logistics partners
In-store pickup at our Kampala branch (free of charge)
5. Can I pay on delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Kampala, Wakiso, and selected towns.
For large orders above UGX 3,000,000, we may request a deposit or full prepayment before dispatch.
6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You’ll also be notified when your item is ready for dispatch or pickup.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll share courier or rider details and an estimated delivery time.
You can also contact our support team anytime for updates on your order status.
9. Do you sell genuine products?
Absolutely. All products at Nexus Computers Uganda are 100% genuine and brand new, sourced directly from trusted distributors and verified brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, JBL, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, and others.
We also sell refurbished items, which are clearly labeled as refurbished and tested to ensure full functionality and high-quality performance before sale.
10. What happens if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please report it within 2 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement, return, or refund as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
11. Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes. Most of our products come with a store or manufacturer warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the item.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not physical or liquid damage.
12. How do I claim a warranty?

We’ll guide you on inspection, repair, or replacement as applicable.
13. Can I return a product after purchase?
Yes, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused and in its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Free from damage or tampering
Items that have been used, installed, or physically damaged are not eligible for return.
14. Which items are non-returnable?
Software, license keys, or digital items once activated
Opened or installed accessories (e.g., cables, RAM, storage drives)
Special orders or customized products
Items damaged by misuse, power surge, or liquid spills
15. Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
Yes, we do. For schools, offices, and bulk purchases, please contact our sales team for a customized quote and special pricing.
