Refund & Return Policy
At Nexus Computers, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the conditions outlined below.
This policy is guided by Uganda’s Consumer Protection Guidelines and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or faulty products – Must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Not as described – Must be returned within 10 days.
- Unsuitable for intended purpose (if the purpose was communicated before purchase) – Return within 10 days.
2. Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as received:
- Sealed and unopened packaging (unless the issue is a defect or misdescription).
- All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
- No signs of damage, wear, or unauthorized repairs.
Opened or used products will only be accepted if they are proven defective or materially different from what was advertised.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Perishable electronics (e.g., batteries).
- Personal-use items once opened (e.g., earphones, hygiene-related accessories).
- Software and digital goods once activated, downloaded, or used.
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service within the return period via email or phone.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Ship the product back to us (instructions will be provided).
- Once received, the item will be inspected for eligibility.
If approved, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.

6. Shipping Costs
- Nexus Computers will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Warranties
Some products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and are provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty card or manufacturer website for details.
