This Shipping Policy explains how deliveries work, payment requirements, timelines, and delivery fees.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all regions of Uganda, including Kampala, Wakiso, Entebbe, Jinja, Mukono, Mbarara, Gulu, Fort Portal, Mbale, and more.

For remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.
We always strive to ensure customers nationwide receive their orders promptly and securely.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on weather, traffic, or courier availability.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Once confirmed, you will receive a WhatsApp, SMS, or Email notification with:

    • Order confirmation

    • Estimated delivery time

    • Courier contact (if applicable)


4. Payment Information

All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UShs).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • MTN Mobile Money

  • Airtel Money

  • Bank Transfer (EFT or Mobile Banking App)

Note:
We only accept payments in UShs and through the official Nexus Computers accounts/numbers.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available in:

  • Kampala

  • Wakiso

  • Entebbe

  • Selected nearby towns

You may pay in cash or Mobile Money upon delivery.


6. Delivery Partners

We deliver using:

  • Professional in-house delivery riders

  • Certified courier companies for upcountry deliveries

Ensuring safe, reliable, and timely delivery.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing items

Report within 48 hours via:

We will provide a replacement, refund, or reshipment depending on the situation.


8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • The customer is unreachable

  • The address is incorrect

  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason

Failed orders are returned to our store.
You may request redelivery (extra fee) or pick up from our store.


9. FREE Delivery

Orders above UShs 500,000 qualify for FREE delivery in eligible Kampala/Wakiso areas.


10. FREE Store Pickup

You can collect your order for free from our store:

Pickup is ready within 1–2 hours during working hours.
Simply select “Store Pickup – FREE” at checkout.


 

11. International Shipping

We currently ship within Uganda only.


12. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM

Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are handled the next business day.
