At Nexus Computers, we provide multiple delivery methods to meet your needs in Uganda. Customers in Kampala and Wakiso can enjoy same-day delivery, while those in other major towns can select next-day delivery, and upcountry regions are covered via standard delivery (typically within 2-4 business days). We also offer store pickup at our Kampala location for convenient collection. Each order is confirmed via SMS/WhatsApp with rider or courier details and estimated timing.

Exchange or Return of Goods
At Nexus Computers, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request an exchange or return within 10 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the item is inspected and approved, we will arrange a replacement, or refund depending on your preference and product availability. Please note that products damaged through misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return or exchange. The product is not accepted back if:
It has been used, installed, or tampered with in any way.
The original packaging, seals, or labels are broken, missing, or damaged.
The product shows signs of physical damage, scratches, or burns not reported at the time of delivery.
It has been repaired or altered by an unauthorized technician.
It is a software product, license key, or digital item that has already been activated.
It is a special order or customized item requested specifically for the customer.
The return request is made after the allowed return period (7 days from delivery).
The product is missing original accessories, manuals, or invoices.
Damage is caused by power surges, liquid spills, or improper handling.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes for orders placed before noon in Kampala, we offer same-day delivery. Outside Kampala or for orders placed after noon, delivery will be made the next business day.
What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
If no one is available to receive your order, the delivery driver will leave a notification. You can schedule a re-delivery
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all major towns and districts across Uganda. For very remote areas, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated on timelines.
